PAYMENT TERMS - All orders are to be paid in full before goods are despatched.

DELIVERY - On receipt of payment for items in stock (please check first). Four to six weeks on receipt of order. All goods remain the property of Willowdale until paid in full. All prices are Exclusive of VAT.

RETURNS - We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase. However if you are not fully satisfied please return your receipt and goods packed in their original condition within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
